We are pleased to announce the phased reopening of the Shed, starting this Saturday 17th April when the Shed garden will be the venue for a socially distance opportunity to meet up in groups of 6.
If you feel comfortable doing this, come round and have a cuppa between 9am and 1pm this Saturday.
We would be pleased to see you!
As a consequence of the current Government directions regarding Social Distancing and Self Isolation of older and vulnerable groups, the shed took the difficult decision to close to all members during this time.
Our members are however maintaining social contact via phone, email and WhatsApp groups.
If you are local to Dorking, were interested in joining the shed, but previously had not done so but feel you would benefit from the social inclusion of the group, please email us at our info@ address and we can get in contact with you.
This Saturday, 7th March,Alan
Roper of Prostate Cancer UK will be joining us for sausage and bacon sandwiches and rolls and giving us a 20 minute chat at about 11.00 a.m
To celebrate the achievement of building our new workshop, we are holding a Christmas gathering, open to anyone who is interested to learn more about what we do, or may wish to join.
Festive nibbles from 10.00 – 13.00 this Saturday (7th December) at the shed.
Hampstead Road Church, Hampstead Rd, Dorking. RH4 3EA
